Are larger engines better for towing in the Vauxhall Combo Life?

I am considering purchasing a Vauxhall Combo Life for towing my caravan. Should I opt for a larger engine or will a smaller engine suffice?

In general, a larger engine will provide more power and therefore be better for towing heavier loads. However, the Vauxhall Combo Life is equipped with a Turbocharged engine which is designed specifically for towing purposes, so a smaller engine may still be suitable.

My recommendation would be to consider your specific towing needs and the weight of your caravan. If you plan on towing heavy loads frequently, a larger engine may be a better option. But if you only tow occasionally, a smaller engine may be more cost-effective.

From personal experience, I've found that a larger engine provides a smoother towing experience. It's also worth considering the weight of any additional cargo you may be carrying. A larger engine can handle the extra weight more effectively.
