How do I adjust the headlights on my Vauxhall Crossland?

I recently noticed that the headlights on my Vauxhall Crossland are not aligned properly. It's becoming a safety concern for me while driving at night. Can anyone walk me through the process of adjusting the headlights on my car?

Hi Rachel, adjusting the headlights on your Vauxhall Crossland is actually a simple process. First, locate the headlight adjustment screws on the back of the headlight assembly. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to turn the screw counterclockwise or clockwise to adjust the vertical alignment of the headlights. You can also use tape to mark the current position of the headlights before making any adjustments. Hope this helps!

Hey Rachel, I had a similar issue with my Crossland and found out that sometimes the headlights just need to be re-aimed. Park your car on a flat surface and measure the distance between the ground and the center of both headlights. Then, adjust the vertical alignment screws until the distance is equal on both sides. Don't forget to test the headlights on a dark road after making any adjustments. Best of luck!

Hi Rachel, if you don't feel comfortable adjusting the headlights yourself, I would recommend taking your car to a certified mechanic. They have the proper tools and expertise to ensure that the headlights are aligned correctly. This might cost you a bit, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Hope this helps!
