To adjust the seat height in your Vauxhall Insignia, locate the lever located underneath the front of the driver's seat. Pull this lever upwards and while holding it, push your seat downwards to lower it or upwards to raise it to your desired height. Release the lever to lock the seat in place.

I had the same issue when I first got my Vauxhall Insignia. The trick is to sit in the driver's seat and use your foot to push the lever located on the base of the seat until you feel the seat move. Release the lever to lock it in place. Don't forget to adjust the seat back and forth for your desired comfort as well.

You can also adjust the seat height using the controls on the door panel. Simply press the button with the seat symbol and use the scroll wheel to adjust the height to your liking. Once you're happy with the height, just release the button and it will lock in place.
