Hi Samantha, changing brake pads on a Vauxhall Vivaro is a fairly simple process. First, make sure you have all the necessary tools, including a jack, jack stands, and a socket set. Next, loosen the lug nuts on the wheel with the brake pads you need to change. Then, jack up the vehicle and place the jack stands under the frame for support. Remove the lug nuts and take off the tire. You should now have access to the brake caliper. Use a socket to remove the bolts on the caliper and then slide the caliper off of the rotor. The brake pads should now be exposed. Simply remove the old brake pads and replace them with the new ones. Slide the caliper back onto the rotor and tighten the bolts. Put the tire back on, lower the vehicle, and tighten the lug nuts. Repeat the process for each brake pad you need to change. Make sure to test your brakes before driving to ensure they are working properly. I hope this helps!

Hi Samantha, changing your brake pads on a Vauxhall Vivaro is a necessary maintenance task that can save you a lot of headache down the road. To change the brake pads, you will first need to remove the wheel. Next, use a socket to remove the bolts on the back of the caliper. Slide the caliper off the rotor and you should now have access to the brake pads. Remove the old pads and replace them with new ones. Make sure to also replace the clips or springs that hold the pads in place if they are worn out. Slide the caliper back onto the rotor and tighten the bolts. Put the wheel back on, lower the vehicle, and tighten the lug nuts. Repeat this process for each brake pad you need to replace. It's also a good idea to bleed the brakes afterwards to ensure proper brake function. I hope this helps!
