I recently purchased a Vauxhall Grandland and I'm having trouble connecting my phone to the infotainment system. I've tried following the instructions in the manual but I can't seem to get it to work. Can someone please guide me through the steps?
ReplyHi Maria, first make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on both your phone and the car. Then, on your car's infotainment system, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices. Select your phone from the list and follow the prompts to complete the pairing process. If you're still having issues, try restarting both your phone and the car and try again. Let me know if you need further assistance.
Hey Maria, I had the same issue with my Vauxhall Grandland. What worked for me was deleting the previous pairing from both my phone and the car's infotainment system and then starting the pairing process from scratch. Also, make sure you have the latest software updates for both your phone and the car. Hope this helps!
Hi Maria, in addition to what has been mentioned before, make sure you have selected the correct source on your infotainment system. Sometimes it's easy to overlook and it can result in your phone not being connected. Also, try restarting your phone with Bluetooth enabled as well. Let me know if this works for you.
