First, make sure your key is inserted into the ignition. Then, try turning the key to the 'on' position and holding it there for a few seconds before turning it to the 'start' position. If this doesn't work, you may need to replace your key or have your ignition system checked by a mechanic.

Another solution could be to use a jump starter or a portable battery pack to jumpstart your Vauxhall Mokka's battery. Just follow the instructions provided with the device and connect the cables to your car's battery. Make sure to double check the polarity before starting the engine.

It's also possible that your car's battery is dead and needs to be replaced. In this case, you can either call a roadside assistance service or purchase a new battery and replace it yourself. If you choose to replace it yourself, make sure to follow the proper safety precautions and disconnect the negative terminal first.
