To pair your phone with the infotainment system, make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and in discoverable mode. Then, on the infotainment system, go to the Settings menu and select Bluetooth. Scan for available devices and when your phone appears, select it and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.

I had a similar issue when I first got my Grandland. Try restarting both your phone and the infotainment system and then attempt to pair them again. This usually does the trick.

Another tip is to make sure your phone's software is up to date. Sometimes outdated software can cause compatibility issues with car systems. If all else fails, you can also consult your car manual or contact Vauxhall customer support for further assistance.
