How do I properly maintain my Vauxhall Vivaro's brakes?

I just bought a used Vauxhall Vivaro and I noticed that the brakes are starting to make a squealing noise. I'm not sure if this is normal or if I need to get it checked. What should I do to properly maintain my brakes?

It's always a good idea to get your brakes checked by a professional mechanic regularly, especially if you're hearing unusual noises. Brake maintenance is very important for the safety of you and others on the road. As for the squealing noise, it could be a sign of worn brake pads. It's best to have them inspected and replaced if needed.

When it comes to brake maintenance, it's better to be safe than sorry. If you're not comfortable checking your brake pads yourself, take your Vauxhall Vivaro to a trusted mechanic. They can also check for any other potential issues and give you peace of mind.

Regularly changing your brake fluid is also important for maintaining your Vauxhall Vivaro's brakes. If it's been a while since you last changed it, it might be a good idea to have it checked and topped off.
