It is possible that your wheel balance has been thrown off, causing the vibration. You may need to get your wheels balanced by a mechanic. Another potential cause could be worn out suspension components, in which case you should have your suspension checked.

Check the tread on your tires. If they are worn out, they can also cause vibrations. It's important to regularly check and replace your tires when necessary. Additionally, make sure to check for any loose bolts or parts in the front end of your vehicle.

It is also possible that a wheel bearing has gone bad, causing the vibration. This should be checked and replaced by a professional mechanic. Finally, make sure your wheels are properly aligned to prevent any further vibrations.
