The most common cause of an overheating issue in Vauxhall Movano is a faulty radiator. Check for any leaks or clogs in the radiator and replace it if necessary.

Another common culprit is a malfunctioning thermostat. It may be stuck closed, preventing proper coolant flow. Replace the thermostat if necessary.

Make sure to also check the coolant levels regularly and top up if needed. Low coolant levels can cause overheating.

In some cases, the issue may be with the water pump. If the water pump is not functioning properly, it can lead to insufficient coolant circulation. Have it checked and replaced if necessary.

Lastly, it could be an issue with the head gasket. A blown head gasket can cause the engine to overheat. Have it checked and replaced if needed.
