How do I turn off stop & start function in my Vauxhall Mokka?

My new Vauxhall Mokka has a stop & start function that turns off the engine when I come to a stop. This function is supposed to save fuel, but I find it annoying and would like to disable it. Can someone please tell me how to turn off the stop & start function in my Vauxhall Mokka?
