How often should I change the oil in a Vauxhall Mokka?

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Mokka and I'm not sure how often I should change the engine oil. Can anyone provide some advice or recommendations?

It is recommended to change the oil every 7,500-10,000 miles or every 12 months, whichever comes first.

I've been changing my oil every 3,000-4,000 miles and have had no issues with my Vauxhall Mokka's engine.
