There could be multiple reasons why your radiator is leaking. It could be due to a small crack or hole in the radiator, a damaged radiator hose, or a faulty radiator cap. To fix this issue, you can try using a radiator sealant or replace the damaged parts.

I had the same problem with my Vauxhall Vivaro and it turned out to be a faulty radiator cap. I replaced it with a new one and the leak stopped. You can also check the radiator hoses and make sure they are not damaged.

I suggest taking your Vauxhall Vivaro to a mechanic to have it checked. They can diagnose the issue and fix it properly. It's important to address a radiator leak as it can cause your engine to overheat and potentially cause more damage.
