Firstly, check for any visible leaks or cracks on the radiator itself. If you find any, you will need to replace the entire radiator as it cannot be fixed. However, if there are no visible issues, the leak may be due to a faulty radiator hose. In this case, you can replace just the hose instead of the entire radiator.

Another possible cause of a leaky radiator could be a faulty radiator cap. The cap is responsible for maintaining pressure in the cooling system and if it is not functioning properly, it can lead to coolant leaking. Make sure to replace the cap if needed.

In some cases, a leaking radiator can be caused by a clogged cooling system. Over time, debris and sediment can build up in the system and block the flow of coolant. To fix this, you can flush the cooling system and replace the coolant.

Lastly, it is important to regularly check the coolant level in your van and top it off if needed. Low coolant levels can cause the engine to overheat and put more pressure on the radiator, leading to leaks. So, make sure to maintain the proper coolant level to avoid any issues.
