How to fix a misaligned sliding door on a Vauxhall Vivaro?

I have a Vauxhall Vivaro and the sliding door seems to be misaligned. It's hard to open and close and I'm worried it's causing damage. Can anyone help?

Hi James, I had the same problem with my Vauxhall Vivaro. Here's what worked for me: first, check the alignment of the door by looking at the gap between the door and the body of the car. If it's uneven, try adjusting the roller height screws. You may need to use a pry bar to support the door while you do this. Once it's in the right position, tighten the screws again.

Hi James, I'm a mechanic and I often see this issue with Vauxhall Vivaros. It's usually caused by a worn or damaged sliding door hinge. Check the hinges for wear and replace them if needed. It could also be caused by a bent or damaged track, so make sure to inspect that as well.

Hey James, I had the same problem and I ended up taking my Vivaro to a dealership. They checked the alignment and replaced the rollers for me. It's been working perfectly ever since.

Hi James, I had this problem and I found that the sealant had worn off where the door meets the body of the car. I cleaned it off and applied new sealant which sorted out the alignment issue.
