How to improve MPG on a Vauxhall Grandland?

I recently bought a Vauxhall Grandland and I'm wondering if there are any tips or tricks to help improve its fuel efficiency. I mainly use it for city driving and I feel like it's consuming more fuel than expected. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
