How to prevent rust in the Vauxhall Movano?

I have a Vauxhall Movano and I've noticed rust forming on the bottom of the doors and around the front grille. I've tried washing and waxing regularly, but it seems to keep coming back. Is there anything else I can do to prevent this from happening?

Hi Samantha, rust is a common problem in vans like the Vauxhall Movano. It's important to regularly inspect and treat any areas where rust is forming to prevent it from spreading. One thing you can try is using a rust converter before applying a rust inhibiting primer and paint. This will help to prevent further rusting. I would also recommend using a rust inhibitor spray on any exposed metal surfaces to protect them from the elements.

Hey Samantha, rust can be a real pain on the Vauxhall Movano. One way to prevent it is to keep the van as clean and dry as possible. Make sure you're regularly washing and drying it, and pay special attention to the areas where rust is forming. You can also apply a corrosion inhibitor spray to any vulnerable areas to help keep rust at bay.

Hi Samantha, I know dealing with rust can be frustrating, but there are a few things you can do to prevent it. Firstly, make sure you're using a rust inhibiting wax or sealant when washing your van. This will help to protect the paintwork from any moisture. You can also use a rust converter on any small areas where rust has started to form. Just be sure to follow the instructions carefully.
