How to reset the infotainment system on a Vauxhall Mokka?

I'm having trouble with my infotainment system on my Vauxhall Mokka. It keeps freezing and won't respond to any commands. I've tried turning it off and on again, but it still won't work. How can I reset the system?

Hi John, sorry to hear about the issues with your infotainment system. Try pressing and holding down the power button for 10 seconds to perform a soft reset. This should clear any glitches in the system and hopefully fix the freezing issue. If the problem persists, it could be a hardware issue and you may need to bring it to a professional for further assistance.

Hey John, I had the same problem with my Mokka. One solution that worked for me was disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This forced a hard reset and the infotainment system started working again. Give it a try and let me know if it works for you.

Hey there John, another option could be to check for any software updates for your infotainment system. Sometimes outdated software can cause issues like freezing. Go to the Vauxhall website and see if there are any updates available for your model year.
