How to troubleshoot a faulty heating system in a Vauxhall Mokka?

I recently purchased a used Vauxhall Mokka and noticed that the heating system is not working properly. The air blowing out is not hot enough even after setting the temperature to the maximum. How can I fix this issue?

First, check the coolant level in your car. If it is low, top it up and see if the heating improves. If not, then the thermostat or heater core may be the culprit. It is recommended to take your car to a mechanic for further diagnosis and repair.

Another possible reason for the heating issue could be a faulty blend door actuator. This controls the flow of hot and cold air in the system. Again, it is best to take your car to a professional for proper diagnosis and repair.

Check the temperature gauge on your dashboard to see if it is reading correctly. If it is not, then you may have a faulty temperature sensor. This can also cause issues with the heating system. A mechanic can replace the sensor and fix the issue.
