Problems with the steering wheel in my Vauxhall Crossland

I have noticed that when I turn the steering wheel, there is a strange noise and the car seems to jerk in a certain direction. This has been happening for a while now and I'm not sure if it's something I should be concerned about. Can someone advise me on what could be causing this issue?

Hi Samantha, it sounds like you may have an issue with your power steering. This could be caused by a number of things such as low fluid levels or a faulty pump. I would recommend taking your Vauxhall Crossland to a mechanic for a proper diagnosis and repair.

Hey Samantha, I had a similar issue with my Crossland and it turned out to be a problem with the steering column. I would advise getting it checked out by a professional as it could potentially be a safety hazard.

Hi Samantha, I have also experienced this issue with my Crossland and it was due to a loose belt in the power steering system. I would suggest getting it tightened or replaced to see if that resolves the problem.
