I have a Vauxhall Movano van and the ignition switch won't turn when I insert the key. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it? I need my van for work and can't afford to have it out of commission.
ReplyHi Lisa, it sounds like there may be an issue with your ignition cylinder. This is a common problem with the Movano and can be caused by dirt, debris, or wear and tear. I suggest trying some lubricant or graphite powder in the keyhole to see if that helps. If not, you may need to replace the ignition cylinder.
Hey Lisa, I had the same issue with my Movano and it turned out to be a problem with the key itself. If you have a spare key, try using that to see if it turns in the ignition. If not, you may need to get a new key cut or programmed.
