I recently purchased a Vauxhall Grandland and the touchscreen has suddenly become unresponsive. I have tried restarting the car and resetting the touchscreen, but it still won't work. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
ReplyHi Erica, it sounds like there may be a technical issue with the touchscreen. I would recommend taking your car to a Vauxhall dealership to have it checked and potentially replaced. In the meantime, you can try using the physical buttons on the dashboard to control the car's functions.
Hey Erica, have you tried updating the software on your touchscreen? Sometimes outdated software can cause unresponsiveness. You can also try disconnecting the car's battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it, as this can reset the touchscreen.
