I am having trouble starting the engine of my Vauxhall Crossland. Every time I turn the key, the engine does not seem to start and I can hear a clicking noise. What could be the potential issue and how can I fix it?
ReplyFirst, make sure that the battery is fully charged. Sometimes, a low battery can cause the engine to not start properly. If the battery is fine, then the issue could be with the starter motor. It is recommended to get it checked by a mechanic.
Another possible reason could be a faulty ignition switch. You can try starting the car in neutral instead of park to see if that makes a difference. If not, then it is best to take it to a certified technician.
