Vauxhall Astra: What could be causing my car to overheat?

I have a Vauxhall Astra and recently it has been overheating. I checked the coolant levels and they seem fine. What else could be causing this issue?

It is possible that your thermostat may be stuck closed, preventing coolant from flowing through your engine. I would suggest getting it checked and replaced if necessary.

Another possibility could be a malfunctioning water pump. This can cause inadequate circulation of coolant and lead to overheating. Have a mechanic inspect and replace if needed.

It could also be a problem with the radiator, such as a clogged radiator or a leak. I would recommend getting it checked and repaired as soon as possible.
