One possible cause of engine overheating in Vauxhall Vivaro is a faulty thermostat. It can prevent proper flow of coolant and cause the engine to overheat. I would recommend getting the thermostat checked and replaced if needed.

Low coolant levels can also cause engine overheating. Make sure to regularly check and top up your coolant levels. If it keeps decreasing, there could be a leak in the system and you should get it checked.

Another common cause of engine overheating is a malfunctioning radiator fan. Make sure to check if the fan is functioning properly and replace it if necessary.
