What could be causing my Vauxhall Corsa's engine to shake while idling?

I have recently noticed that my Vauxhall Corsa's engine seems to shake quite a bit while idling. I haven't noticed any changes in the car's performance, but I am concerned that this could be a sign of a larger issue. What could be causing this and should I be worried? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Samantha, the shaking of your engine could be caused by a few different things. It could be due to worn out spark plugs, a dirty air filter, or even a problem with your fuel injectors. It's always a good idea to have your car checked by a mechanic to determine the exact cause and address any potential issues.

Hi Samantha, I had a similar issue with my Vauxhall Corsa and it turned out to be a faulty ignition coil. It's always best to get it checked out by a professional, as continuing to drive with a shaking engine can lead to further damage and higher repair costs.

Hi Samantha, make sure to also check your engine mounts. If they are worn or damaged, it can cause the engine to shake while idling. This is a relatively easy and inexpensive fix, but it's important to get it taken care of to avoid any potential safety hazards.
