The most common cause of a clicking sound when turning the steering wheel is a worn out CV joint. This is a relatively easy fix, but it's important to get it checked out by a mechanic to confirm this is the issue.

Another possible cause could be a loose or worn out power steering belt. This can be fixed by tightening or replacing the belt.

It's also possible that the clicking sound is coming from a damaged steering rack or tie rods. This is a more serious issue and should be addressed by a mechanic as soon as possible.
