What is the best air conditioning setting for my Vauxhall Crossland?

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Crossland and I'm wondering what the optimal air conditioning setting would be for the most efficient use. I want to make sure I'm not wasting any extra fuel or energy. What do you recommend?
