What is the best oil for a Vauxhall Vivaro?

I am a mechanic and I am trying to figure out what type of oil is best for a Vauxhall Vivaro. I have heard mixed opinions and wanted to get some expert advice.

After working on Vauxhall Vivaros for many years, I can confidently recommend using a synthetic 5W-30 oil for optimal engine performance and protection.
