What is the best type of engine oil for a Vauxhall Grandland?

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Grandland and I'm not sure what type of engine oil to use. I've heard conflicting information about 0w-20 and 5w-30. Can someone provide some clarification?

I would recommend using a 0w-20 engine oil for your Vauxhall Grandland. It is a thinner oil that allows for better fuel economy and improved engine performance. Plus, it's the recommended oil for this specific model. While 5w-30 oil is also suitable, 0w-20 is more efficient and will help prolong the life of your engine.

I have been using 5w-30 engine oil in my Vauxhall Grandland and haven't had any issues. It's a thicker oil that can handle high temperatures and provides better protection for my engine. Ultimately, the choice is up to you and your driving habits. If you do a lot of highway driving, 0w-20 may be the better option, but if you do a lot of stop-and-go city driving, 5w-30 may be a better fit.
