I am planning to buy a Vauxhall Mokka and I need a car that can tow my small boat. I know that the Mokka has a towing capacity, but how much weight can it handle and is there a way to increase it?
ReplyThe Vauxhall Mokka has a maximum towing capacity of 1200kg. However, if you plan to tow frequently or with heavier loads, you can opt for a tow bar and dedicated towing pack that increases the capacity to 1600kg.
If you rarely tow and don't need the extra capacity, I suggest sticking with the standard tow rating of 1200kg. Adding a tow bar and towing pack can also decrease your fuel efficiency, so it's not worth it if you don't truly need it.
