What should I do if my Vauxhall Zafira Life's engine keeps stalling?

I have a Vauxhall Zafira Life and recently, the engine has been stalling while driving. It happens randomly and can be quite dangerous. I have checked the spark plugs and they seem fine. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

One possible cause could be a faulty fuel pump. If the pump is not working properly, it can cause the engine to stall. It is recommended to have a mechanic check the fuel pump and replace it if necessary.

Another possible cause could be a clogged fuel filter. A dirty fuel filter can restrict the flow of fuel to the engine and cause stalling. It is advised to replace the fuel filter regularly, ideally every 10,000 miles.

It could also be an issue with the ignition system. Ignition coils or spark plugs that are worn out can cause the engine to stall. It is recommended to have the ignition system checked and replace any faulty components.
