What type of oil should I use for my Vauxhall Vivaro?

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Vivaro and I am wondering what type of oil I should use for the engine. I want to ensure I am using the correct oil to keep my engine running smoothly. Can someone please provide me with some advice?

You should use a fully synthetic 5W-30 oil for the Vauxhall Vivaro. This type of oil is recommended by Vauxhall and will provide optimal performance for your engine.

I have been using a semi-synthetic 10W-40 oil in my Vauxhall Vivaro for years and have never had any issues. As long as you stick to the recommended viscosity and type (synthetic or semi-synthetic), you should be fine.

I would also recommend checking your owner's manual for the specific oil recommended for your Vauxhall Vivaro. This will ensure you are using the correct oil for your specific model and year.
