What type of oil should I use in my Vauxhall Mokka?

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Mokka and I'm not sure what type of oil to use for optimal performance. Can anyone provide some advice on which type of oil would be best for my car?

Hi Samantha, congratulations on your new purchase! For a Vauxhall Mokka, the recommended oil type is 5W40. This oil provides excellent engine protection and works well in both warm and cold temperatures. In general, it's always best to follow the manufacturer's recommendations for optimal performance. Hope this helps!

Hey Samantha, I've been using 10W40 in my Vauxhall Mokka and have had no issues so far. However, it's important to note that this oil may not perform as well in colder temperatures. Additionally, make sure to check the oil level regularly and change it as recommended by the manufacturer. All the best!

Hi Samantha, another option for your Vauxhall Mokka is 5W30 synthetic oil. This type of oil has additives that can improve fuel economy and overall performance. Just remember to always use the recommended oil viscosity for your specific vehicle model. Happy driving!
