Why does my Vauxhall Zafira Life make a strange noise when I turn the steering wheel?

I've noticed that whenever I turn the steering wheel on my Vauxhall Zafira Life, there's a strange noise that seems to be coming from the front of the car. It almost sounds like something is rubbing or grinding, but I can't seem to pinpoint where exactly it's coming from. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi Holly, I've had the same issue with my Vauxhall Zafira Life before. It could be an issue with the power steering pump or the suspension. I would recommend taking it to a mechanic to get it checked out.

Hi Holly, it's possible that the noise is coming from the steering column. I had a similar issue and it turned out to be a loose bolt in the steering column. Definitely worth getting it checked out.

Hi Holly, I had this problem with my Vauxhall Zafira Life as well. It turned out to be an issue with the steering rack. I would recommend taking it to a mechanic as soon as possible, as it can be a safety hazard if left unchecked.
