Why is my Vauxhall Corsa failing to start?

I have a Vauxhall Corsa and it has been running smoothly until now. Whenever I turn the key in the ignition, the car won't start and it makes a clicking noise. I have tried jumping it but that doesn't seem to work. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

Hey Jessica, it sounds like your car battery might be dead or dying. This is a common issue in older cars. You can try replacing the battery with a new one and see if that solves the problem.

Hi Jessica, the clicking noise you hear is likely coming from the starter motor. It could be that your starter motor is faulty and needs to be replaced. I would suggest taking your car to a mechanic for a check-up and they can confirm if this is the issue.

Jessica, have you noticed any warning lights on your dashboard? If so, it could be a problem with your car's electrical system. I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic and have them run diagnostics to identify the specific issue.
