Why is my Vauxhall Corsa making a knocking noise when I turn?

I recently noticed that my Vauxhall Corsa is making a knocking noise when I turn. It seems to only happen when I turn the wheel to the left. Any idea what could be causing this and how I can fix it?

It could be a worn out CV joint or control arm. I suggest taking your car to a mechanic to have it inspected and repaired if necessary.

Have you recently hit any potholes or gone off-roading? It's possible that your suspension or steering components have been damaged. Take your car to a mechanic for an inspection.

Check the power steering fluid level. If it's low, top it off and see if the noise goes away. If not, it could be a sign of a more serious issue. I recommend taking it to a mechanic for further diagnosis.
