Why is my Vauxhall Crossland making a grinding noise while turning?

I have noticed that my Vauxhall Crossland makes a grinding noise when I turn at low speeds. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It is likely that your brake pads have worn down and are now grinding against the rotors. This is a safety issue and should be addressed immediately. You will need to have your brake pads replaced by a certified mechanic.

Another possibility is that there is an issue with your wheel bearings. If they are damaged or worn out, they can cause a grinding noise when turning. This should also be checked by a mechanic and replaced if necessary.

It could also be a problem with your CV joints. They connect the axles to the wheels and can wear out over time, causing a grinding noise when turning. You may need to have them replaced by a mechanic.
