Why is my Vauxhall Grandland making a grinding noise when I turn?

I recently noticed that my Vauxhall Grandland is making a grinding noise whenever I make a turn. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Sophie, this could be an indication of a worn-out wheel bearing or CV joint. I recommend taking your Grandland to a mechanic for an inspection. They will be able to diagnose the problem and provide a solution.

The grinding noise could also be due to low or contaminated steering fluid. Check the level and condition of your steering fluid and top up or replace if necessary. If the noise persists, it is best to take your car to a professional for further diagnosis.

Sophie, another possible cause could be a problem with the brakes. Check your brake pads and rotors for wear and tear. If they are worn out, they will need to be replaced. If not, there may be an issue with the brake calipers. Again, it's best to have a mechanic take a look.
