I have recently bought a Vauxhall Grandland and I noticed that my touch screen is not responding. I have tried turning it off and on again, but it still doesn't work. What could be causing this issue?
ReplyFirst, make sure that the touch screen is not locked. This can sometimes happen if you accidentally press and hold a certain area for too long. If it is not locked, there may be a software issue. Try resetting the system by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, it could be a hardware problem and you should bring it to a certified technician.
You may need to update your software. Sometimes, outdated software can cause touch screen malfunctions. Go to the settings menu and look for a software update option. If there is one available, install it and see if that solves the issue.
