Why is my Vauxhall Insignia making a knocking noise?

I've recently noticed that my Vauxhall Insignia is making a knocking noise while driving. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

The knocking noise could be due to a loose suspension component. You should have a mechanic inspect it to determine the exact cause.

A

It could also be a problem with the wheel bearings. If they are worn out, they can cause a knocking noise. Get them checked and replaced if necessary.

Another possibility is a worn out CV joint. This can cause a knocking noise when turning. Have a mechanic check and replace if needed.
