Why is my Vauxhall Insignia shuddering when I accelerate?

I just bought a used Vauxhall Insignia and I've noticed that when I accelerate, the car shakes or shudders. What could be causing this issue?

This could be a sign of a worn out engine mount or transmission mount. It's best to take your car to a mechanic to have it checked and replaced if needed.

Another possible reason for this shuddering could be an issue with the fuel system. Have you recently changed your fuel filter? If not, it may be time to do so.

If your car has a manual transmission, it could also be an issue with the clutch. The clutch might be slipping, causing the shuddering sensation. You should have a professional inspect and replace the clutch if necessary.

You may also want to check your spark plugs and ignition coil. If they are worn out or damaged, this could be causing your car to shudder under acceleration. It's best to have them replaced by a mechanic.
