Why is my Vauxhall Mokka running rough?

My Vauxhall Mokka has recently been running rough and I'm not sure what the problem is. It feels like there is a loss of power and the engine is making strange noises. What could be causing this issue and what steps should I take to fix it?

It sounds like your engine may be misfiring. This could be caused by a number of issues, such as a faulty spark plug or ignition coil. I would recommend taking it to a certified mechanic for diagnosis and repairs.

Have you recently changed your fuel filter? A clogged fuel filter can cause your engine to run rough and lose power. It is recommended to change the fuel filter every 30,000 miles for optimal performance.

Check your air filter to see if it needs to be replaced. A dirty air filter can restrict airflow to the engine and cause it to run rough. It is recommended to replace the air filter every 15,000 miles.
