There could be a few potential causes for your engine vibrating. One possibility is that your engine mounts need to be replaced. Another potential issue could be dirty or worn out spark plugs. It's also possible that your fuel injectors need to be cleaned. I would recommend taking your Vauxhall Vivaro to a trusted mechanic to diagnose and fix the issue. They will be able to provide a more accurate answer and ensure your van is running smoothly.

I had a similar problem with my Vauxhall Vivaro's engine vibrating. I found out that the ignition coils were faulty and needed to be replaced. Once I got them fixed, the vibrating stopped. I would suggest getting your ignition coils checked to see if they need to be replaced as well.

Sometimes, engine vibration can be caused by a simple issue like a loose or damaged belt. Check all of your belts and tighten or replace them if necessary. This could potentially solve your problem without having to spend a lot of money on repairs.
