Why is my Vauxhall Zafira Life not starting?

I recently purchased a used Vauxhall Zafira Life and I noticed that it is having trouble starting. The engine turns over, but it won't fully start. What could be causing this issue?

It is possible that your fuel filter may be clogged. Have you had it replaced recently? A clogged fuel filter can prevent the proper amount of fuel from reaching the engine, causing starting issues.

Another potential culprit could be a faulty fuel pump. If the fuel pump is not functioning properly, it may not be able to provide enough pressure to start the engine. It is recommended to have a mechanic check the fuel pump and replace if necessary.

Check the battery connections and make sure they are clean and tight. Loose or dirty connections can prevent the battery from providing enough power to start the engine. If the connections are corroded, cleaning them with a wire brush and baking soda can help.

Lastly, it could be an issue with the starter motor. If the starter motor is failing, it may not be able to turn the engine over consistently. Have a mechanic check the starter motor and replace if needed.
