First, park your vehicle on a flat surface and turn off the engine. Then locate the oil dipstick, which is usually labeled with a yellow handle. Pull out the dipstick and wipe it clean with a cloth. Reinsert the dipstick and pull it out again. The oil level should be between the two markers on the dipstick. If it is below the minimum marker, you will need to add more oil.

Another method is to check the oil level using the digital display on your dashboard. Consult your vehicle's manual to see if this feature is available for your specific model. If so, simply navigate to the oil level option in the display and follow the instructions to check the level.

To ensure an accurate reading, it is recommended to check your oil level when the engine is cold and has not been running for at least 10 minutes. By doing this, you will get a more accurate reading of the oil level in your vehicle.
