How do I reset the media screen on my Vauxhall Crossland?

Sometimes my media screen freezes or becomes unresponsive. Is there a way to reset it without having to restart the car?

I had the same issue with my Crossland. You can also try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This should also reset the media screen.
