I recently serviced my Vauxhall Vivaro, but the service light is still on. How do I reset it?
ReplyFor Vauxhall Vivaros with model years between 2001 and 2014, you can reset the service light by using the trip knob and buttons on the dashboard. First, turn the ignition to position 2, then press and hold the trip knob. While holding it, press the brake pedal three times, then release the trip knob. Finally, turn the trip knob to 'AC' and then back to '0'. This should reset the service light.
If you have a newer Vauxhall Vivaro with model years between 2014 and 2018, you can reset the service light by using the steering wheel controls. First, turn on the ignition, then press the 'Menu' button on the steering wheel. Use the arrows to select 'Vehicle', then 'Oil Life'. Press and hold the 'OK' button until the service light resets.
For Vauxhall Vivaros with model years after 2018, you can reset the service light using the infotainment system. Turn on the ignition, then press the 'Home' button on the infotainment system. Select 'Vehicle Information', then 'Oil Life Monitor'. Press and hold the 'OK' button until the service light resets.
