First, make sure your infotainment system is ON and connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Then, go to the settings menu and select 'Software Update'. Follow the prompts to check for updates and download the latest firmware. It may take some time to complete the download and installation process, so be patient. Once finished, your infotainment system will restart and you should see the updated version upon booting up.

You can also try downloading the firmware update onto a USB drive and inserting it into the infotainment system's USB port. This may be a faster and more reliable method. Just make sure to follow the instructions provided by Vauxhall to properly install the update from the USB.

If you're still having trouble updating the firmware, it's best to bring your car to a certified Vauxhall dealership or service center. They will have the necessary tools and expertise to ensure a successful update. Plus, they may even offer a complimentary firmware update as part of their routine maintenance services.
