How often should the oil be changed on a Vauxhall Combo Life?

I just bought a Vauxhall Combo Life and I'm wondering how often I should change the oil. I've heard different opinions, some say every 6,000 miles and others say every 10,000 miles. What is the recommended interval for this vehicle?
